Completed Projects

Mid City Flats – 5050 W Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 

Mid City Flats at 5050 W Pico Boulevard is modern 6 story apartment building and has 55,715 square feet of floor area. The upper floors will contain 79 residential units with some of them being for low-income housing. The bottom floor, which is still in the works, will be a 2,000 sq. ft. retail space. This Mid-Wilshire apartment community is meant to be a competitive alternative to the more expensively priced apartments in the region.
